The American Association For Wartime Veterans works in harmony with independent senior residents, assisted living communities and private pay nursing homes to help the veterans in their communities understand everything that is needed to apply for the VA Aid & Attendance Benefit. These communities are committed to helping veterans, surviving spouses and their families work to get their paperwork in order and submitted correctly. AAWV provides assistance to residents in these communities at no cost to the families and no cost to the communities.
